In 2006 the NMCA played two evening matches at Lady Bay, the first being against Derbyshire M.C.A..
Notts. won the toss and batted first scoring 146 for 6 wickets in their 20 overs. Derbys. replied with 25 without loss when the heavens opened and the match was abandoned.
The second game was with meridian C C. : Notts. scored 161 for 3 wickets, meridian replying with 62 all out.
We must thank meridian C C for their most generous (and second) donation of £250 to our charities. We are already planning for the 2007 season and invite all players to contact us.
