Pinner Lodge Centenary Installation

Accompanying photo

Pinner Lodge No 3300 will attain its Centenary on 20th June 2008 and so it was very fitting that the Lodge’s incoming Worshipful Master, Bro. Ken Lawmon be celebrated as the incumbent during the Centenary year. The Installation of Brother Ken into the Chair of Pinner Lodge was performed by the Worshipful Master, W. Bro, Jonathan Long in ancient custom, in the presence of very distinguished Grand Lodge Officers and many visiting brethren and members. It has now been tradition for the past five years that a photograph is taken depicting the Installing Master, the Master Elect together with one of the leaders of the Province and our own Grand Lodge Officer.

On this very special occasion, it was decided that all the visiting Grand Lodge Officers be included in the photograph, taken in the Ionic Temple at Goldsmith Street Masonic Hall, prior to the Installation itself. Shown from left to right are :- W. Bro. Adrian Howorth, PGStB; W. Bro. Roger Croome, PSGD, Past Assistant Grand Master of Middlesex; W. Bro. A. Hopewell, PAGDC; W. Bro. J. B. Long, Worshipful Master; Bro. K. G. Lawmon, Master Elect; W. Bro. J.S.B. Mather, PSGD; Assistant Provincial Grand Master of Nottinghamshire; W. Bro. W. A. Robbins, PAGDC; W. Bro. I. T. A. Finden, PrAGDC.

For the purpose of the photograph, the Master Elect is shown wearing his Master’s apron
