The Building Of Kings Solomon’s Temple – Book your tickets NOW
On Tuesday November 25th , Woodthorpe Lodge No. 5645, is hosting at Goldsmith Street, a demonstration of “The Building of Kings Solomon’s Temple” by masons from the Province of West Lancashire.
This is the first demonstration at Goldsmith Street and only the second time ever in Nottinghamshire – so is not an event to be missed. The event will commence at 18.00 hrs in the Ionic temple followed by a 4-course meal in the Belgrave suite at a cost of £25 inclusive of wine.
Brethren will witness the progressive construction, piece by piece, of a scale model of the Temple, which will finish at a height of approximately 8 feet. It is accompanied by an informative and fascinating commentary, drawn partly from biblical and partly Masonic sources. A capacity audience was present for a demonstration at West Bridgford in 2007 and Woodthorpe Lodge expects a BOG turnout this year by inviting any mason – EA, FC, MM – in the Province to take this unique opportunity to witness a most memorable event.
