Chilwell Masonic Hall continuing Improvements

During the summer recess further alterations and improvements have been carried out at Chilwell Masonic Hall, with the dining room and toilet areas being the focus of this years priorities.

The dining room floor has been sanded and re-sealed and is now returned to its former glory and looks superb. Oak doors, which continue the theme of the bar area have been fitted and the hall re-decorated. The toilet areas have been upgraded and fitted with new wash basins and vanity units. Planning consent for a disabled toilet was obtained at the start of the summer and this is now operational.

These continued improvements will allow the Hall to attract additional masonic and non-masonic functions. Bookings are already up on last year with the ever popular Sunday Lunches almost ‘Sold Out’ until the end of the year.

The Hall Committees’ policy of providing top quality food and wine at exceptional prices makes Chilwell one of the premier venues in the Province. The Hall will continue to be available ‘Free of Charge’ to Lodges for social functions.
