The Knights Templar of Nottinghamshire made a presentation to their retiring Provincial Prior, Rt E Kt Michael Morris at the installation meeting of the Nottinghamshire Preceptory No 510 on Tuesday 1st September.
During this meeting, the incoming Eminent Preceptor, E Kt Andrew Rainbow spoke of the warmth and esteem in which Rt E Kt Michael was held within the Province and presented him with an engraved solid silver Rose Bowl, along with a silver salver as a token of appreciation for Mrs Doreen Morris on behalf of all Nottinghamshire Knights Templar.
The installation ceremony in the Ionic Temple, Goldsmith Street, Nottingham, attended by over 60 Knights of the Province, was worthy of note in that the incoming Eminent Preceptor, E Kt Andrew Rainbow is the Provincial Prior Nominate and he was installed as EP by E Kt Tony Everington, the Provincial Sub Prior Nominate!
