The Provincial Grand Master has asked that provisional arrangements be made for a visit by the Masters and Wardens of the Province (in the Chair on 10th March 2010) to see the workings of Grand Lodge at a Quarterly Communication. This will be followed after lunch by a tour of Grand Lodge.

It is anticipated that a coach will leave Goldsmith Street at 8.00am and arrive in London at 11.00am. Brethren will then attend the meeting at Great Queen Street commencing at 12.00 noon.

A 2 course lunch for everyone will take place at La Ballarina Restaurant at 1.30pm prior to a tour of Grand Lodge commencing at 3.00pm. We would hope to leave London by 4.30pm and arrrive back in Nottingham by 8.00pm

Costs including travel and lunch(excluding wine) should not exceed £50.00 per person. We anticipate that the budget may provide a small excess which may be put to the cost of pre lunch drinks. .
