At a presentation in the Belgrave Rooms on the 24th April 2010 the following organisations received cheques from the Joint funds of the above
No. 1 1st Redmile Scout & Guide Group £1,900 for Camping Equipment.
No. 2 Elston Playgroup £885.73p to fund play equipment for the children.
No. 3 Lady Bay Tennis Club £2,000 to build 2 mini tennis courts for under 8's.
No. 4 Garden of Grace £1,340 To enhance the healing garden for the Bereaved.
No. 5 Newstead Welfare Band £2,000 to purchase a Baritone Horn
