Presentation of "learning bed" to Fountaindale SEN School
Edwinstowe Lodge No.3998, Immediate Past Master W. Bro Mick Tomsett, is shown presenting a £2000 cheque to Mark Dengel, Headmaster of Fountaindale Special School of Mansfield.
The monies having been raised by Edwinstowe Lodge members during the past year through a variety of fund raising events and activities and has enabled the school to purchase a specialised Acheeva LS bed, pictured, which assists disabled pupils to take part in lessons.
Fountaindale is a Specialist Special Educational Needs (SEN) School and provides an inclusive education for pupils aged 3 to 19 years old living in Nottinghamshire who have severe learning difficulties, disabilities and multiple needs. Every pupil is encouraged by a devoted staff to achieve their full potential.
