Since the year 2000, Worksop Freemasons have held a Remembrance Service and Luncheon each year on the Sunday prior to the Official Remembrance Day in the UK to raise much needed funds for the Royal British Legion Poppy appeal and to demonstrate that Freemasonry is a force for good in our local Communities. The Provincial Grand Master and other senior members of Province have supported this event from the year of its inception.

This year’s event will take place on Sunday 7th November 2010 at the Ambassador Rooms, Potter Street Worksop see www.worksopmasonic.co.uk starting with a Service of Remembrance in the Masonic Temple at 11h00. Doors will open at 10h30 with tea and coffee available before the Service.

Tickets will be available from September and can be obtained from the Hall Manager on: 01909 472 037 or by contacting Jon Harris via email: jph2000@btopenworld.com
