Dear Provincial Grand Secretary,
In November 1999 a letter was sent asking whether any Brethren in your Province would benefit from recordings of ‘MQ Magazine ‘on cassette tape. For some years now, this facility has been available.
The new Grand Secretary feels that this is an important part of our service to members and I am writing to remind you about this facility and to ask whether you could draw it to the attention of the members of your Province. If you are aware of any Brethren currently taking advantage of this service, we would be pleased if you would send us an up to date list.
This facility is particularly beneficial to those who are blind or partially sighted as well as those who are dyslexic and have difficulty in reading and it is hoped that by using this facility they can keep up-to-date with current events. Recordings are now also available on CD disc as well as on tape, so please indicate on the form which version would be preferred.
I enclose a supply of forms for the brethren to complete.
If you have any queries, please contact Karen Haigh at khaigh@ugle.org.uk or telephone 020 7395 9350.
I thank you in advance for your cooperation.
Yours sincerely,
Chris Connop Media Manager
